Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all orders. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange the exchange. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference; if it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
